I think I speak for all three of us when I say that we had a blast!! It was so much fun and what a treat to have a chef in my own home!! Thank you for the recipes and the wonderful tips. Oh, and the flan was soooooo good!

Thank you so much for the cooking experience for Albin, Jordan & Melina on Sunday. Albin has helped create dinner more than once this week (of his own choosing, and motivation!) and learned so much from you. He's already asking when his next class is! The meal itself was fabulous as was evident from the "clean-plate-club" that met that day. My husband is looking forward to more corn pudding at the earliest possible moment. Again -- thanks for sharing your wisdom and creativeness with kids in the kitchen. They learned much more than cooking -- they learned about kitchen safety and how to work together to accomplish something tremendous.

We just wanted to write to you and let you know what a great time we had yesterday. It was so much fun and we learned a lot too. We had such a great time preparing all the food and then the best was finally getting to eat it. The food was outstanding!! Everything was great and we stuffed ourselves and still had plenty of leftovers for tonight. The chicken lettuce wrap tasted even better than what we have ordered from PF Changs, the veggie rice and sweet and sour chicken was great and tasted awesome all together. The cheesecake and the topping came out wonderful as well. So, we just wanted to thank you for everything and we definitely will be calling on you again to work with us on some more dinners once ! we get our new place.

What a terrific party for my daughter and her friends. You easily and comfortably dealt with the large group. You made sure everyone participated and they were excited about engaging and learning new things. The menu was sophisticated but presented in a very manageable fashion. You took time to introduce new and exotic ingredients. The girls felt confident and had fun all the while. The ultimate test, was when everyone sat down to eat. The table of 10 girls hushed as they all gobbled up the meal. They didn't even leave a crumb from their desserts. I am happy to recommend your cooking party to anyone.
